In order to provide seamless experience while taking services and bookings from TourClap.com website or its agents, you give consent to abide by following terms and conditions.

Advance payment policy & remaining (Due) payment policy

TourClap provides you flexible payment policy. You have to deposite only a part payment for your tour package to confirm it. As per our policy,you are asked to 25% advance payment at the time of confirmation your booking as token money and remaining balance amout may be paid 3 days prior to check in.

Cost exclusions :

ASI & entrance fees for all monuments / sightseeing places
Any air/train fare
Items of a personal nature -i.e. Snacks, Mineral Water,drinks, laundry, tips & gratuities, still/video camera fees at monuments or any items not specified under inclusions.
Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours / extra meals ordered
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control

Cancellation / no show / early departure time policy

Sometimes, as guests you may have to cancel your booking due to unforeseeable reasons. However, due to nature of services we provide like cancellation charges by hotels, cabs etc., there will be certain amount you have to pay if you cancel your tour.

More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 5% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 8% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 25% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
Between 08 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 35% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
Between 03 to 07 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of the Complete Tour Package Cost
Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: No refund applicable

Amendment / modification / change in tour charges after final confirmation

All confirm tour packages will sent an email containing their login information. After that if you require any change in the tour package then charges are as follows.

In case of bus
More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 200/- Per Person Per Side
Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 300/- Per Person Per Side
Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: 400/- Per Person Per Side
Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: No refund applicable

In case of car
More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of all taken Advances for car
Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 75% of all taken Advances for car
Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for car
Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for car
Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: No refund applicable.

In case of hotel or resort
More then 60 days to the Tour Start date :: No Deduction
Between 46 to 60 days to the Tour Start date :: 300/- Per Night
Between 16 to 45 days to the Tour Start date :: 50% of all taken Advances for Hotel/Resort
Between 07 to 15 days to the Tour Start date :: 100% of all taken Advances for Hotel/Resort
Between 03 to 06 days to the Tour Start date :: Two Night Charges
Between 00 to 02 days to the Tour Start date :: No refund applicable

Refund Policy

After the confirmation for refund it will take 3 to 5 Working days to deposit the cheque / NEFT in your Bank a/c.

Arrival time and departure time policy

Check-In – 12:00 hours
All standard check in times are 12 Noon. If you really need early check-in then you have to make bookings from one previous night.
Check-Out – 12:00 Hours

eTickets of your tour package

All confirm eTickets will always sent on the guest’s eMail address with all login information and terms and conditions.

It is strongly advised you to carry your all eTickets with you. As your eTickets contain your due amount, respective address and contact numbers.

Upgrade/ amendment due to unavoidable Incidents

Sometimes due to unavoidable complications and issues,like road blocks due heavy snowfall, disaster caused by weather or nature's fury or may be construction work at Hotel or nearby or any machinery / vehicle breakdown or any other thing which is not in our hand, we may offer you upgrade in your hotel, transportation medium without any extra charges being incurred on you.

Therefore , in case incident or issue those are not in our control, we reserves right to upgrade, amend or cancel promised services without any prior information.

Communication Consent

At certain places, TourClap.com asks for your contact information like name, email address, phone number etc. When you provide us those contact information, you are giving us your consent to contact you through phone, email or sms to provide you information for travel plans and promotion, to help you to deal with your booking as smoothly as possible.

Liabilities & limitations policy

TourClap.com acts as a travel agent for the transporters (Bus / Cars ) and hotels/resorts. All e-Tickets or receipts are issued by us under terms and conditions mentioned on this page.

We at TourClap.com, always try to provide all tour and services at promised schedules and amout but if there are any delays or amendments in the tour or in the expenses that has to be incurred due to certain conditions like the natural hazards, accident, weather, sickness, political closures, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport or due to any untoward incidents, TourClap.com would not be held responsible for it either directly or indirectly.

All disputes are subject to Agra (U.P.) India, jurisdiction only.
